The Everyday Watch

We love watches here at Coolector HQ. To the point whereby we’d happily wear a different watch every week (or day) if this were plausible so you’ll understand why we were both delighted and intrigued to discover a Kickstarter project called The Everyday Watch by MIJLO that aims to give us more freedom with our timepieces and promotes a considerably more versatile watch that will alleviate the staleness of wearing the same watch day in day out.

The Everyday Watch is a highly ambitious project that aims to put the design choice in the hands of the consumer and is billed as a 10-in-1 timepiece with easy-change straps and a clean, simple design that retails for the price of one – so, you can certainly see where the appeal would lie for any timepiece aficionado.

What really sets The Everyday Watch apart is the fact that each set is delivered with a combination of faces and straps which lets you take your pick dependent on your mood or the occasion and this level of versatility is rarely seen. Needless to say, most watch companies allow you to purchase straps at an additional cost but few or none provide you with so many options to begin with. The Everyday Watch is delivered with two watch faces and five straps so you really can mix and match until your heart’s content. Check out a few more shots below:

As you can see above, the straps of The Everyday Watch are extremely simple to remove and place a new one on so you really can make snap decisions about the timepiece that you want to wear on any given day without having to hunt around for tools and fiddling around with a strap.

We’re thoroughly impressed with the overriding objective of The Everyday Watch and its aim to provide a highly versatile and stylish watch that gives you a multitude of options for the price of a single watch. There is still plenty of time to show your support for this project over on Kickstarter and if you’re after an aesthetically awesome and diverse timepiece then this is just the one for you.
