So, we featured the Cold Bruer 2 yesterday here on the pages of The Coolector but, truth be told, and no doubting we love coffee, our real passion is craft beer and that is why we were left utterly agog when we stumbled across a fine looking little contraption that goes by the name of MiniBrew and it will probably be something that has just propelled itself to the top of every man’s Christmas wishlist.
Permit us to explain, the MiniBrew is billed as the world’s first all in one, small batch beer brewing machine and that sentence alone is sufficient for us to get mightily excited here at Coolector HQ. If you’ve always had a hankering for making your own beers, as we certainly have, then the MiniBrew is likely to be just the machine that you’ve been waiting for.
The MiniBrew is a clever little piece of kit which drastically simplifies the brewing and yeasting process and allows you to create and experiment with your own beer recipes until you find one you really like. The brewing process is something that is notoriously tricky for the home brewer but MiniBrew brings a technology edge to it (including the obligatory smartphone app) that makes it a whole host easier to create delicious beers in no time at all.
