Given our overt love of craft beer here at Coolector HQ, it won’t come as a surprise to many that we spend an undue amount of time on the internet poring over awesome looking beer companies and drinking holes and we’ve found a bit of both with the excellent looking Pappy Slokum Brewing Co who operate out of Texas.
Named after a moonshiner in the rural backwoods of Callahan County, Texas, Pappy Slokum Brewing Co are definitely a beer maker that we’re loving the look of here at Coolector HQ. With a small but perfectly formed selection of beers to choose from including Mac Pappy’s 80s Schilling, Local Yella, Doucebag Jimmy and Uber Weiss and an awesome looking tasting room, you can rest assured should we ever find ourselves in Texas, we’ll be paying them a visit. We don’t think we’ll ever tire of discovering new craft beer makers here at Coolector HQ and the USA is certainly home to an awful lot of our favourites and Pappy Slokum Brewing Co has just been added to that list.
