We like the sound of Steen’s Syrup Braised Pork Belly, then again, we could see off some Deep South ‘Ramen’ with Fried Poached Eggs, but what about, Stewed Okra and Tomatoes, and we’ll have to save some room for the Banana Walnut Layer Cake with Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing.
