ASUS ZenWatch

Needless to say, when Apple entered the smartwatch market it served to overshadow all others to some degree or other but, truth be told, this might well be doing ourselves a disservice because there are some extraordinary looking new devices making their way onto the market all the time and, from our own personal perspective here at The Coolector, we’ve seen few that we’ve been more impressed with from an aesthetic point of view than this fantastic looking ASUS ZenWatch.

The ASUS ZenWatch appeals to our sensibilities because it isn’t overtly trying to be too technological right off the bat and boasts an understated appeal that makes it a watch first and a smart device second – something that many of the other smartwatches on the market seem to be forgetting.

The ZenWatch is extremely well-crafted from premium materials and has a genuine leather, stitched wristband that makes it more sartorially acceptable than many smartwatches. It boasts 100+ watch faces which you can choose based on your own personal tastes but it is the simple, elegant offering above that really looks the part in our opinion. Check out a video of the ASUS ZenWatch in action below and some additional shots to showcase just how sleek it looks:

This first rate addition to the smartwatch market operates on Android software and boasts plenty of the features that consumers have come to expect from a technology driven timepiece such as wellness trackers and vivid AMOLED display and Corning® Gorilla® Glass 3 which gives it such an impressive finish. It brilliantly works in conjunction with Android smartphones and it has been made alongside the brains at Google that points to why it is a smartwatch worthy of attention and we’ve certainly been left mightily impressed with its apparent capabilities here at Coolector HQ.
