At this family-friendly resort, the main swimming pool’s two tiers are connected by an infinity edge. Another pool’s reserved for adults, while children get a wet play area. Activities range from candlelit yoga to comedy nights, and there’s a special entertainment programme for little ones.
Premier Le Reve, Egypt
This adults-only hotel gives you a sea-view pool, seven restaurants and a luxury spa, all on the edge of a private beach in Sahl Hasheesh. This top-drawer hotel is a haven for holidaying couples. It’s got its own private beach, a deluxe spa and a cluster of pools with sea views.
Riu Yucatan, Mexico
From its trio of pools to its luxury spa, the beachside Riu Yucatan has a lot going for it. Sandwiched between jungle-like greenery and a white ribbon of sand, the Riu Yucatan has a tropical setting. Still, the vibrant town of Playa Del Carmen is only a five-minute drive away.

Looks-wise, this adults-only property is reminiscent of a sultan’s palace. The beach is fit for royalty, too, with paper-white sands that unravel for miles, and there’s a whole handful of pools to take a dip in, including two with swim-up bars.
Riu Palace Tikida Agadir, Morocco
This hotel has a whole new look for 2025 and has bagged a spot right next to a beach, part of which is reserved for hotel guests, so it’s easy to flit from the pool to the sand throughout the day. It’s on Agadir’s shop and restaurant-lined main promenade, too.
