Gear Up: All The Best New Arrivals At Finisterre Right Now

For those looking for the ultimate in wilderness apparel and accessories, the guys at Finisterre are tough to beat and they are regularly adding new awesomeness to their shelves. We check out some of their best new arrivals this month below:

Designed for active adventures, this windproof jacket protects you from strong winds whilst also packing easily into its own pocket. Light and strong, it’s finished with a PFAS-free water-repellent coating for light weather protection.

A true land-to-sea hybrid, the Searcher combines casual everyday style with swim short functionality – as comfortable on the coast path as they are in the water. Made from recycled NetPlus® fabric woven from discarded fishing nets with added stretch, they’re lightweight, quick-drying and hard-wearing

Made from 100% recycled polyester, the Finlite is built as a regular-fit layer that sits comfortably under outerwear when the temperature drops. Raglan sleeves give you room to move, while thumb holes and elastic binding at the hood, cuffs and hem help seal in warmth.

Fleeces and adventure go hand in hand, and the Axiom is no different. Constructed from recycled polyester fleece, it’s the ideal mid layer: incredibly light, hard-wearing, warm and versatile – it’s designed to be with you on every adventure.

A heritage inspired knit that’s become a firm favourite among the Finisterre community. Constructed with a soft 80% wool and recycled polyamide blend to maintain shape and structure, its all-over textured fisherman’s stitch is thick enough to keep out the cold, yet thin enough to layer easily under a jacket.

Built from super-soft midweight organic cotton for lasting comfort, the Gylly is cut in a regular fit with bow hem for effortless style that takes you from campsite to pub table. Hard-wearing and made with considered details, it layers perfectly, making it ideal for wherever your day takes you.

Constructed from the same tough organic cotton canvas as the rest of the Basset range, this jacket is built for both the workshop and the weekend. It features a boxier, more contemporary fit that can be adjusted via the waist tabs for a custom feel. Functional utility details include double chest pockets, lower hand pockets, and metal rivet reinforcements at key stress points.

Warm enough to wear on its own in milder temperatures, the 150g REPREVE sheet insulation feels warm but thin, making it ideal for layering over jumpers and under a waterproof in colder weather. The comfortable bomber-style collar and patch pockets add function and style, with a nod to its workwear roots.
