London-based tech pioneer Nothing has made a habit of disrupting the monochromatic consumer audio landscape with its radical transparent design language and cutting-edge acoustics.

Building upon their design ethos, the brand has officially unveiled its most ambitious audio deliverable to date: the Nothing Headphone (1) Pro.

Engineered from the ground up for audiophiles and design aficionados alike, this over-ear powerhouse blends studio-grade triple-driver mechanics with ultra-premium materials.

Priced at $399 (~£300), the Headphone (1) Pro sets a bold new benchmark for luxury wireless audio.
Triple-Driver Architecture & Lossless Fidelity
At the heart of the Headphone (1) Pro’s sound signature is a bespoke triple-driver architecture.

Rather than forcing a single dynamic driver to handle the entire frequency spectrum, each cup houses three dedicated drivers engineered to manage distinct frequency bands.

Bass response gains a 15% boost in punch and a 26% increase in sensitivity thanks to a new dual-magnetic system, while a metal-ceramic coated PET dome virtually eliminates harmonic distortion at elevated volumes.

Complementing the low-end drive is an ultra-rigid silicon diaphragm that is 95 times stiffer than conventional plastic. This incredible rigidity enables lightning-fast transient responses, giving acoustic instruments, sharp snares, and vocals a tactile, live-on-stage presence.

Certified for Hi-Res Audio wirelessly, the headphones also support true lossless 24-bit/192 kHz digital playback when plugged in via USB-C.
Transparent Industrial Design & Ergonomic Comfort
In true Nothing fashion, the industrial design is unapologetically over-engineered. The ear cups feature a scratch-resistant 9H Panda Glass window that extends the brand’s iconic transparent aesthetic, proudly exposing hints of the triple-driver layout within.

The main housing is carved from a single block of precision-machined aluminium, tethered by titanium alloy arms that are 45% lighter than those found on the standard Headphone (1).
“By pairing a triple-driver architecture and 9H Panda Glass transparency with 46 dB adaptive ANC, Nothing delivers a $399 flagship that sounds every bit as striking as it looks.”
Despite its heavy-duty metal and glass construction, ergonomic comfort remains paramount. The dual-layer ear cushions are 50% softer than their predecessors and specifically shaped to accommodate glasses frames without breaking the acoustic seal.

A 10% wider headband wrapped in 12% thicker padding evenly distributes weight across the crown, making all-day listening sessions completely fatigue-free.
46 dB Adaptive ANC & Auracast Sharing
To shut out the chaos of city commutes and noisy office environments, Nothing developed its most capable noise cancellation system to date.

Powered by an advanced 10-microphone array (three feed-forward and two feedback mics per side), the headphones deliver up to 46 dB of Active Noise Cancellation.

An 8mm silicone baffle wall creates a physical sound barrier that stops internal audio leakage while keeping external wind noise firmly at bay.
