The very first post on The Coolector some two and a half years ago was about a knife so it’s probably high time that we featured another and we can think of few better than this really rather excellent looking James Brand County Knife.
James Brand is Portland based purveyor of awesome looking knives for those living the outdoors lifestyle and their County offering is certainly the one that captured our attention here at Coolector HQ. With an understated aesthetic and impressive capabilities that will not let you down in the great outdoors, the County Knife boasts a simple straight blade in a slim form factor with a striking walnut wood handle, it’s hard not to be won over by this cracking piece of everyday carry. Though we’re far from handy enough to require a knife here at Coolector HQ, there are plenty of chaps out there who are a good deal more DIY and outdoors orientated and something as great looking and functional as the James Brand County Knife should certainly be one of the cornerstones of their EDC.
