When it comes to design, we love those designers that dare to challenge their capabilities in new and awesome ways and that’s why we’ve been left more than a little impressed with the brilliant Movie Poster A Day project from Australian graphic designer, Pete Majarich, who has challenged himself, as the name suggests, to come up with a new poster design every day and, some three weeks or so in, he’s doing a mightily fine job.
With a distinctly different style of design used in each of the movie posters so far, it’s clear that Majarich isn’t one for resting on his laurels and is testing his graphic design skills to the maximum. If you love your movies and fantastic design projects then there is certainly plenty to appreciate with this Movie Poster A Day project with some of our favourite films such as Fight Club, The Martian and Fargo coming under his creative talents so far. Fantastically conceived and executed, this exceptional design project from Pete Majarich is definitely the sort of thing that we’re big fans of here at Coolector HQ and he’s got quite the task on his hands to keep it up for a whole year but, if he’s started as he means to go on, we can’t wait to see which over movies get the Majarich treatment over the next 11 months.
