THE DEUS CLASSIC RETRO BIKE

Cycling is something that most of us will ramp up in the summer months in order to capitalise on the improved weather and, as a result, it’s always a good idea to have a super cool looking steed to get you where you’re going. With that in mind, it’s difficult to look beyond this awesome looking The Deus Classic Retro Bike from Deus Ex Machina which is one great looking machine and we’re loving its old school cool vibe here at Coolector HQ.

The Deus Classic Retro Bike comes from the brand’s Italian workshop and has the sort of European vibe and classic design that you would expect from Italy and the quality craftsmanship means that it also delivers an impeccable performance. Don’t get too attached, however, unless you live in Italy because this superb looking steed is currently only available to those living in and around Milan to purchase and custom order.

Stylish Ride

When Deus Ex Machine  were developing our “Ribot” Classic Retro Bike, they made the decision to give another tribute to Italian frame making history. Thanks to a Columbus SL tubeset and a set of investment cast lugs they managed to create a stunning replica of a bike that could have been made forty years ago in a Milanese workshop and it is this classic style aesthetic that really does make this amazing ride stand out from the crowd.

This amazing looking Deus Customs Classic Retro Bike can be built with a vintage groupset and racing vintage race or with a modern groupset for an outstanding homage to the Italian Deus’ workshop’s road racing heritage. For this exceptional build they chose a Campagnolo Centaur groupset in silver as was prevalent in the cycling industry in the past and again a Campagnolo Neutron wheelset and these two elements combine to make this one top performing race bike.

The cockpit area of the Deus Class Retro Bike is provided by the Italian producer Ambrosio and for the saddle they also went for considerable style and comfort by selecting the iconic San Marco Concor. For the paint job of the bike, they have taken their design inspiration from Deus’ new vintage wool collection which has been made in collaboration with De Marchi and which boasts a highly stylish yet classical visual impact.

Italian Flair

There is a distinct Italian flair and vibe to this magnificent looking ride from Deus Ex Machina’s Milan based workshop and if you’re lucky enough to be living in the city and find yourself in need of a painfully cool looking road bike, then look no further than this cracker.

Made from the finest materials with a real attention to detail going into its design, the Deus Customs Classic Retro Bike is a true sight to behold and stands out amongst the other bicycles that the brand have been responsible for. Whilst Deus Ex Machina are, of course, best known for their motorbikes, when they’re creating bicycles as majestic as this, it is clear to see that there are many strings to their bow.
