Bang & Olufsen Beosystem 72-23

If you look at your rickety old audio system and think now is the time to invest $65k in a new one then you’re in luck because the guys at Bang & Olufsen have just announced the Beosystem 72-23 which, quite frankly, looks extraordinary albeit for a rather eye-watering price tag. Billed as a time-transcending music system inspired by the Nordic dawn (whatever that means), the Beosystem 72-23 might not come cheap but what it offers in terms of visual superiority and unparalleled audio performance might just make it worth the investment.

The Bang & Olufsen Beosystem 72-23 is a comprehensive audio solution which is capable of providing immersive music experiences from both vinyl and digital streaming so no matter how you listen to your music, it has got you covered (which, truth be told, you’d probably expect for $65k). The limited edition consists of only 100 units, each engraved with a unique identification number.

Released to symbolise a new beginning for a future where audio products are truly built to last, where luxury is expert craftsmanship that expands beyond the first lifecycle, and where connectivity can be timeless, it’s hard not to be impressed by what’s on offer with the Beosystem 72-23. With built-in Beosound Core and Beolab Transmitter units, wireless connectivity is guaranteed, and a customised Beoremote Halo in an Amber Tone aluminium finish gives you entirely seamless control of the system.

The solid Birch Wood cabinet that makes the Beosystem 72-23 look so resplendent is versatile and can store a vinyl record collection, act as a connectivity hub for a smart Bang & Olufsen ecosystem integration, as well as a wireless charging station for the Beoremote Halo. Impressive stuff indeed.
