Dango Permanent Marker

The guys at Dango are a go to for us here at The Coolector when it comes to everyday carry and they’re regularly adding new items to their already impressive lineup. The latest to have caught our eye is the superb looking Dango Permanent Marker which is available in Satin Silver and Jet Black versions so you can choose the one that fits in best with your EDC collection. As Dango Products expands into different areas of everyday carry, they identified that writing, marking and drawing are timeless tasks that we perform on a daily basis so they decided to create this awesome looking permanent marker.

The Dango Permanent Marker is available for $39 and will make a welcome addition to any man’s EDC line up such is its striking design and highly functional performance. The design of the Dango Permanent Marker was derived from the brand’s original Dango Pen and Capsule collection. The cap and barrel is CNC Machined out of 6061 aerospace grade aluminium and stainless steel which provides the pen with a robust and substantial grip with a smooth anodised finish. The cap is equipped with multiple tethering points for hanging so you’ll be impressed with this great new offering from Dango.

PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD

The old adage that the pen is mightier than the sword is a true one but it is especially apt for the Dango Permanent Market which is about as rough and ready as a piece of stationery will get. It comes with the traditional and iconic Sharpie fine tipped felt pen (included in the price) so you’ll be ready to jot down your thoughts and creations in no time. Also on the cap is a removable clip/multi-tool that has a pointy edge for box cutting, opening shipment packages and envelopes.

A high quality piece of EDC, the Dango Permanent Marker (from $39) has everything you need to start getting creative straight away. Dango Permanent Markers are included with standard fine tipped Sharpie pens and to install the marker, you just need to insert the bottom end of the Sharpie pen into the marker sleeve and tightly push downwards so that the Sharpie bottoms out in the marker sleeve. Once it is tightly secured, remove the cap of the Sharpie pen, and replace it with the CNC machined Dango Permenent Marker cap. The original sharpie cap can be thrown away after this.

Each one of these cool looking offerings from Dango is made from CNC machined 6061 aerospace aluminium and they are anodised in Jet Black or Satin Silver for an attractive, sleek-looking finish. They have machined lanyard holes on the cap and are pleasingly lightweight despite their no-nonsense aesthetics and weigh in at just 1.9oz. If you’ve been seeking a new addition to your EDC line up this festive period, you’ll not go too far wrong with these top notch Dango Permanent Markers.
