Rowing Blazers x Zodiac Harry’s Bar Super Sea Wolf Watch

We’re big fans of the watches from Zodiac here at The Coolector and when they have limited editions hitting the shelves, we always sit up and take notice as they’re normally as awesome as this Rowing Blazers x Zodiac Harry’s Bar Super Sea Wolf Watch. Available to purchase from the Worn & Wound WindUp Store, this classy-looking timepiece will be the stand-out piece in any collector’s lineup.

The Rowing Blazers x Zodiac Harry’s Bar Super Sea Wolf Watch retails for $1575 and it forms part of the ongoing collaboration with Harry’s Bar, Jack Carlson’s cult brand Rowing Blazers is partnering with Swiss watchmakers Zodiac to deliver this limited-edition Super Sea Wolf timepiece which is a celebration of the oldest cocktail bar in Europe.

This striking watch, which is limited to 282 units, was released with a special event at Harry’s during Paris Men’s Fashion Week in January 2023 and, safe to say, it turned heads aplenty. It features a co-branded bottle green dial that has been decorated with Harry’s iconic “bar flies” cartoon logo in a 40mm stainless steel case, Zodiac’s classic 5-link stainless steel bracelet, STP 1-11 automatic movement, and has an impressive water resistance rating of 20 ATM.

The limited edition set from the WindUp Store also includes an additional French military-style #tide strap which has been crafted from 100% recycled ocean plastic. Rowing Blazers were excited to work with one of their favourite watch brands, Zodiac, to come up with this limited-edition timepiece that is a celebration of one of the brand’s favourite watering holes.

This project marks Rowing Blazers’ first collaboration with Zodiac. Jack and Rowing Blazers are no strangers to the watch world: Jack designed two watch capsules for Seiko in 2021 and 2022 in partnership with vintage watch expert Eric Wind, both of which sold out almost instantly. So this watch comes from good stock.

Since the late 19th century, Zodiac Watches has been an innovative force in the world of horology. Founded by Ariste Calame in Le Locle, Switzerland, Zodiac was a pioneer in the worlds of automatic watches, “mystery” watches, electronic and occasionally quartz watches. Now, under the wing of Fossil, Zodiac has been working hard to bring this rich history to the surface by recreating their iconic timepieces to new standards and this limited edition offering is a fine example of that in action.
