Mercedes-Benz F 015 Concept

Though we like driving at Coolector HQ, we’re definitely not adversed to the idea of self driving cars and this is particularly true when they look out and out awesome like the stunning Mercedes-Benz F 015 Concept Car which has just been showcased to generally agog audiences and you’ll be astounded by both the technological capabilities and the aesthetic appeal of this jaw-dropping vehicle.

Needless to say, Google have been the, if you’ll excuse the horrendous pun, driving force behind the self-driving vehicle but they’ve not really considered the visual side of things and that’s why people have been left thoroughly impressed with what Mercedes have got in store for commuters in the future and the Mercedes-Benz F 015 Concept car looks like it has been taken from the pages of a science fiction novel.

Boasting plenty of impressive sounding features and an interior that luxurious in the extreme, the likelihood is that these machines won’t come cheap when they do (hopefully) eventually hit the market but for those with the requisite readies, there can be few more stylish and advanced vehicles to splash the cash on.

With an emphasis on comfort and luxury, this truly does look to be the car of the future and we’ve got our fingers well and truly crossed here at Coolector HQ that Mercedes can bring this project to fruition sooner rather than later because the vehicle looks nothing short of incredible. Check out a few more shots and a video of this glorious steed below:

There is clearly going to be some time before vehicles such as this are commercially available but its definitely an exciting time for car design with concepts like this making it onto the market. This stunning machine boasts an electric hybrid system that has a total range of 1,100 kilometres, which includes around 200 kilometres of battery-powered driving and around 900 kilometres on the electricity from the fuel cell.
