Autodromo Stradale

Autodromo are not newcomers to the pages of The Coolector as we featured some of their fine timepieces last year but they’ve just forced their way back into our purview with an equally as admirable collection of watches which goes by the name of Stradale and illustrates a continuation of the brand’s superb selection of automobile orientated timepieces.

The Stradale Watches from Autodromo take their design inspiration from dashboard instruments from Italian sports berlinettas of the late 1950s and early 1960s and if you’re a fan of vehicles of this era then you’ll be in horology heaven with this excellent looking and superbly crafted collection of watches from Autodromo. Boasting a smaller dial than some of its predecessors, the Stradale watch will appeal to those who are after a more minimalist offering than the previous fare from Autodromo and it has a 40mm diameter with an 11mm height so it will sit well on the wrist.

With a dual-layered dial which incorporates a floating bezel with the hour markings and a base dial beneath, the Autodromo Stradale is definitely a striking and aesthetically unusual timepiece and one that has certainly captured our eye at Coolector HQ. With a choice of three different colourways to choose from – cream dial with brown strap, black dial with burgundy strap, and grey dial with blue strap – you should be able to find an iteration that suits your own particular style persuasion and you can see a few more shots of this automobile inspired timepieces below:

With a distinct design flair positively emanating from these glorious timepieces, it is hard not to be won over by their visual appeal and if you’re after a fantastically crafted watch that doesn’t cost the earth, an Autodromo Stradale will not let you down in this regard.

We’re big fans of watches here at Coolector HQ and we’ve been left mightily impressed with this latest collection from the car-loving chaps over at Autodromo and we’d very much like to be sporting one of these Stradale on our wrists when they hit the shelves later next month.
