San Marino-based restomod house Eccentrica—founded by entrepreneur and Lamborghini collector Emanuel Colombini—has set out to erase those compromises entirely.

Following up on their fixed-roof debut, the brand has unveiled its second masterpiece: the Eccentrica V12 Roadster. Created in partnership with Milanese design studio Borromeo De Silva, this open-top build re-engineers a 1990s icon into the ultimate analogue supercar for the modern age.

At the heart of the V12 Roadster sits a deeply revised 5.7-litre naturally aspirated 60° V12 engine.

By optimizing airflow efficiency, improving thermal management, and applying custom ECU recalibrations, the engine delivers sharper throttle response and immediate power delivery throughout the rev range.

Eccentrica’s technical team is led by Maurizio Reggiani, the former Chief Technical Officer of Lamborghini and the legendary architect behind the Murciélago, Gallardo, Aventador, and Huracán.

“With over 3,500 bespoke components developed per vehicle, the Eccentrica V12 Roadster pairs carbon fibre structural chassis reinforcements with a custom semi-active damper system to deliver razor-sharp dynamic precision.”

To maintain torsional rigidity without adding unnecessary bulk, the steel spaceframe chassis is heavily reinforced with structural carbon fibre.

The entire bodywork is reconstructed in lightweight carbon fibre, featuring a widened track and a dedicated aerodynamic study designed specifically to manage open-cabin airflow.

Hydraulic power steering, redesigned double-wishbone suspension, and high-performance Brembo brakes (380 mm front / 345 mm rear) ensure the driver feels entirely connected to the road.

Tactile Luxury & Extreme Rarity

Inside the open cockpit, digital screens take a back seat in favour of raw tactile luxury.

The cabin combines rich Connolly leather, tactile Alcantara fabrics, anodised metal touchpoints, and exposed carbon fibre weave.
