Quality apparel isn’t a given nowadays but there are some brands which you can always rely on so far as quality is concerned and San Francisco based Taylor Stitch is one such brand. We always wait with baited breath for them to release new collections here at Coolector HQ and, we’re delighted to report, their latest series of apparel, the Siskiyou Collection, definitely doesn’t disappoint.
Taylor Stitch have teamed up with the guys at Belcampo, one of California’s finest meat purveyors, to deliver a new collection that is inspired by the ranch life and was decided upon after the guys at Taylor Stitch headed to Belcampo’s 20,000 acre ranch at the base of Mt. Shasta and saw first hand the need for resilient durable, yet stylish, clothing that would withstand the rigours of working on a ranch.
Jolly Rancher
The Siskiyou Collection from Taylor Stitch was heavily influenced by the four days that the brand spent on the ranch herding cattle, checking the weights of the heritage turkeys, enjoying the delights of slow cooking over an open flame, and trying to soak in as much knowledge as we could about running a ranch the old fashioned way as they could. All that they learnt on this trip went into the design and crafting of the Siskiyou Collection of apparel and you can see the main pieces from this range below:
Tan Plaid Glacier Shirt
No respecting rancher would be seen without a plaid shirt in their wardrobe and they simply don’t come any better than the Glacier Shirt, which forms one of the cornerstones of the Taylor Stitch Siskiyou Collection.
