The United States of America is a country we’ve got an awful lot of time for here at Coolector HQ and whilst we haven’t quite visited all of the wonderful states that it has got to offer, we’ve visited more than our fair share and that’s why we’re absolutely loving this 50 States of Beauty series of prints from one of our favourite illustrators, Family Tree Designs AKA Alex Pearson.
This latest series of work from Family Tree Designs celebrates, as the name suggests, the breathtaking beauty inherent in each of the states across America and if you’re a similar lover of the good ol’ US of A then you’ll probably join us in wanting to hang these awesome looking pieces in your workspace.
Stunning Artwork
We first came across Family Tree Designs here at Coolector HQ due to their shared love of the wonderful films of Wes Anderson and the great artwork they created of the back of it. It’s fair to say that we’re equally as enamoured with their latest collection of prints, the 50 States of Beauty, and whether you just want to get the one of your state or a whole collection of them, it’s hard not to be impressed with the creativity of each and how well they capture the essence of that state.
Boasting an awesome vintage travel style aesthetic, each of these prints harks back to a golden age of travel and are reminiscent of the sort of travel adverts of the 50s and 60s that you would see in the likes of Mad Men. If you’re after some first rate, travel inspired artwork for your workspace, you’ll be hard pressed to find many better than those within this 50 States of Beauty prints from Family Tree Designs.
Measuring 13’x19′, they will form a striking addition to any wall and particularly so if you combine a few of them together to create a collection. We’re loving the quality of the art and the retro visuals here at The Coolector and we’re in little doubt there will be plenty of USA lovers and livers out there equally enamoured with this superb collection as we speak.
Quality Prints
As with all of the pieces from Family Tree Design, these 50 States of Beauty prints are of the highest quality and are printed on Moab 235gsm Matte paper, in-house by the artist himself so you can have peace of mind about the quality of finish. Whilst not all 50 states are currently available for purchase, the first 13 are so head to the online store of Family Tree Design and see whether your favourite state is ready and, if not, hang tight as the rest will be released soon enough.
