Newberg Residence

It goes without saying that there are so many diverse and incredible residential architectural designs out there and we’re forever on the hunt for some of the latest and greatest and that has delivered us directly to a glorious piece of design from Cutler Anderson Architects called the Newberg Residence and, for those of an understated, minimalist slant, it’s going to very much stand out from the crowd.

Cutler Anderson Architects are an Washington based firm who have come up with some rather extraordinary designs in their time but it is their glorious looking Newberg Residence that really captured our attention here at Coolector HQ. This superb piece of architecture is located in the small Oregon town of, you guessed it, Newberg, and it really is a fine example of using first class design principles to create a highly functional and versatile home.

The Newberg Residence blends fantastically well into its surroundings and this is something particularly important for residential properties built in areas of nature. It manages to achieve this through the clever use of materials such as bold steel juxtaposed with natural wood cladding. Check out a few more shots below:

First class architectural design coupled with fantastic interior design combine to make the Newberg Residence one of the most striking residential properties we’ve encountered of late here at The Coolector and it’s exactly the sort of property that we all aspire to reside.
